How long will production take?
Made to order designs can take anywhere between 1 week to 3 weeks to make. Each product will list how long it takes to make.
What if sizing isn’t right?
If there is an issue with sizing, please email us within 30 days of purchasing. If it was a measurement issue on our side, we will send you a new one. If the product does not fit due to purchasing the wrong size, we will not offer refunds or swaps. (So please make sure before purchasing that all the measurement information that you have given us is correct!)
What if I need to rush an order?
Please email us at shadibyshadikarbasi@gmail.com if you need a rush order. Rush orders are an extra $20+ depending on what needs to be made and how much time it'll take. The fastest we can get an order done is 3+ days (not including shipping).
Can I customize my clothing?
Yes! Custom work starts at $100.
Please either email us at byshadikarbasi@gmail.com or dm @shadibyshadikarbasi on instagram about any custom work you want. There is no guarantee we make what you've requested unless we've confirmed a design with you.
If there's a specific look or design you'd like, please give details and/or photo examples of what you want made. We will contact you and let you know if the design you asked for is something we are able to make.
If you want a design for an event but do not know what you want made, we can work with you to design something that fits your needs!
If you want something made for a specific event, please let us know AT LEAST 2 weeks in advance.
What if I need to return, exchange or cancel my order?
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product if you encounter an issue. We will try our best to accommodate your needs. We don’t do refunds, only product exchanges.
We don't accept order cancellations, however please let us know if there is a problem with your order.
What are the shipping options?
We use DHL and USPS! You may choose your desired shipping method upon checkout.

Customs duties and taxes?
We are not responsible for any charges that may be subject to a charge when an order is shipped internationally, customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes. If the item's will not be collected or the duties and taxes are not paid for a certain period of time, the item/s will get back to the original shipping address. If that is the case, there will be a 15% restocking fee.
